Return and Shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY

- No exchanges are allowed.

- if you wish to return an item, they are only returnable 14 days from receiving your order.

- After 14 days ALL sales are final.

- If you need to return an item, please send an email explaining your reason for return.

- All items being returned can NOT have:

- tags missing 

- signs of being washed or worn

- cigarette smell

- dog hair

- stains of any kind

- If you are returning shoes, they must be placed in a poly mailer (shipping bag) or box to protect item during shipping.

- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, the amount will be refunded back to the card on file. 

- Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at Info@willowdeanandco.com and forward any photos of any damage.

SHIPPING POLICY

- FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75.00

- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses 

- PLEASE double check your shipping address. Once you place your order, you will be charged twice for shipping the second time if the address was not entered correctly the first time.

** Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen packages. If the carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to provide a refund. If product is marked as delivered you will have to contact the carrier regarding your package.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers and can not issue returns on shipping if USPS does not meet the shipping date you were given. Please contact them directly if package has not been delivered.
